TILE JOINT GROUT-GENERAL

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
Before grouting remove excess mortars and other dust and loose particles with a damp sponge.
Mixing
Mix 2 to 3 parts of TecR Tile 12 to one part of water by volume to form a paste like grout. Wait for few minutes before applying the grout.
Application
Apply to the tile joints with a squeegee or spatula.
Post Application
Wipe off the surplus mortar from the tiles with a damp cloth. Leave for minimum 24 hours before grouting the joints.
Limitations
Not for glass mosaics or transparent/ translucent tiles.

Storage and Shelf life
TEC R BOND 12 must be stored where temperatures do not drop below +8°C.Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Shelf life is maximum of 1 year from date of manufacture in unopened package . Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Remove surplus paste with a wet cloth. Polish the tiles with dry cloth when the job is over.
For addition of TecR Tile 12 LQ grout admixture will greatly enhance the physical and water resistant property of the cured grout.
Packaging
Available in 1 kg retail pack and if required can be supplied in 25 kgs project packing
