USAGE
- Ideally suited for usage in bakeries, dairies, breweries, meat packing plants, soft drink plants, Confectioneries, canneries, distilleries, pharmaceutical factories, veterinary hospitals, institutional kitchens, fast food restaurants, cafeterias, laboratories and supermarkets.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
Before grouting remove excess mortars and other dust and loose particles with a damp sponge. Fix transparent tapes on the sides of tiles where joints are to be filled.
Mixing
Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly for minimum of two minutes. Pour Part C slowly and keep on mixing with out leaving any interval until it forms a pasty consistency.
Application
Fill the joints with TecRTile 21 with a float and remove excess grout before it hardens by holding the float across the joints. The joints will harden by 30 to 45 minutes based on weather conditions. Remove the transparent tapes pasted on the sides.

Limitations: Maximum chemical resistance is achieved in seven (7) days at 32°C. Protect from exposure to strong chemicals until fully cured; at colder temperatures it takes longer to achieve full cure. Continuous Exposure to heavy chemicals might impart discoloration.
CLEANING
Pour plenty of water in areas where residues of TecR Tile 21 might be sticking to the tiles and scrub it. Mop the surface with clean wet cloth and remove the residues completely. After 90 minutes the joints would be stiffened. If the joints are rough or uneven dress slightly with a sponge soaked in soap solution to make it smooth. Mop the surface with dry cloth to remove the wetness. Apply a transparent tape over the joint to prevent dirt or other foreign particles accumulation. Remove the tape after 24 hrs of application and clean the surface with mild soap solution to remove the epoxy haze.
