DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The generally recommended dosage for TecR Mix 640 FA is 0.3-1% by weight of cement. Dosage may be raised upto2% by weight of cement for exceptional high strength requirements. TecR Mix 640 FA should be thoroughly stirred before use. The required quantity of TecR Mix 640 FA should be added to the gauging water and stirred to obtain uniform consistency before being added to the concrete mix.
The addition of TecR Mix 640 FA to dry aggregate or cement is not recommended. Thorough mixing is essential and a minimum mixing cycle, after the addition of the TecR Mix 640 FA, for forced action mixers is recommended.
For all applications it is advised that site trials be conducted and based on the output required, the optimum dosage may be arrived at. Techny Team will work you to arrive at the optimum mix design.
