USAGE

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The contents in the pack should be stirred well before use. The generally recommended dosage of TecR Mix 460 is 0.8% to 1.5% by weight of cement. The required quantity of TecR Mix 460 should be added to the gauging water and stirred to obtain uniform consistency before being added to the concrete or masonry mixes. Excess water should be avoided. Cement sand mixes should be thoroughly dry mixed before adding the gauging water mixed with TecR Mix 460. Curing should commence at initial set for optimum results. Curing membrane- TecR Cure WB or conventional curing methods like water spraying or wet Hessian may be adapted.
Optimum mix dosage for specific site conditions may be arrived at based on site/ laboratory tests and in consultation with Techny Tech Team.
COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with all types of Portland Cements. Should not be used with High Alumina Cement or other Rapid Setting Cements.

PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with skin or eyes should be avoided. Use of gloves, goggles and other protective gear is mandatory. In case of accidental eye contact water washing is advised. This should be followed up with professional medical assistance. TecR Mix 460 is non-flammable.
Storage and Shelf life
As TecR Mix 460 is moisture sensitive. Store it at dry conditions. Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Shelf life is 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments can be cleaned with water.
