USAGE
- Ideal waterproofing agent for below grade concrete structures.
- Efficient capillary blocking ability makes TecR Poroseal 300 the perfect admixture for concrete and masonry in Swimming Pools, Sumps and storage tanks and below grade retaining structures.
- When incorporated with masonry mortars for brick work and stone masonry TecR Poroseal 300 greatly reduces moisture through the masonry joints.
- Effective for use in Damp Proof course to prevent moisture transmission and raising dampness.
- Useful for plastering in areas in constant contact with water like wash areas, process areas of food and beverage industry.
- Significantly reduces shrinkage cracks when used with plastering mortars.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Blend the required quantity of TecR Poroseal 300 with dry cement and aggregates till uniform dispersion is achieved. Then add the gauging water and mix thoroughly till a dense homogenous mix is obtained.
Post Application
Curing is vital for optimum performance of the polymer cement modifier. Curing should commence 24 hours after application and should continue for a minimum period of 7 days.

PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with skin or eyes should be avoided. Use of gloves, goggles and other protective gear is mandatory. In case of accidental eye contact thorough water washing is advised. This should be followed up with professional medical assistance.
Storage and Shelf life
As TecR Poroseal 300 is moisture sensitive. Store it at dry conditions. Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Shelf life is 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments should be cleaned with water when the mix is in uncured state. Cured mix can only be removed mechanically.
