DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
Very little surface preparation is required for new moulds. Wiping clean to be free of dust and deposits would suffice. For used moulds complete removal of previous use cement deposits and previously applied release oils is vital.
Mixing
Tec R Release MA should be thoroughly in its container before use.
Application
Tec R Release MA may be applied by brush, sponge or sprayer. One thin layer application is sufficient for steel forms. Excess application is not only expensive but also counter productive leading to surface dusting. After the first application, subsequent applications may be done immediately after removal of mould and proper cleaning. Wood and plywood moulds may be impregnated with a second coat application when new. Subsequently only single coats need be applied.

PRECAUTIONS
Tec R Release MA is non-toxic and has a low flammability risk. However, inhaling the spray should be avoided.Use of gloves, goggles and other protective gear is mandatory. In case of accidental eye contact thorough water washing is advised. This should be followed up with professional medical assistance. Tec R Release MA should not be swallowed. Contact with skin should be avoided. Application area should be well ventilated and smoking strictly prohibited at the site. Although Tec R Release MA has a high flash point exposure to direct flames should be avoided.
Storage and Shelf life
Store in cool, dry location. Shelf life is maximum of 1 year from date of manufacture in unopened Package. Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and spraying equipments should be cleaned immediately with Tec Nova SOL. Tool Cleaner.

Available in 80, 175Kg Packs.
