DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, free from dirt, oils andgreases. The surface to be bondedshould be thoroughly cleaned by wire brushing. Surface should be washed thoroughly to be free of fine dust. Incase of oil/ grease contamination the same should be
removed by thorough detergent washing followed bywashing with clean water. Very smooth surfaces should be roughened for key. For priming of concrete substrate, the surface should be thoroughly saturated with potable water. Remove any excess of water prior to application.
MIXING
Pour the content in a clean vessel. Add the same volume of water and mix to obtain a lump free and homogenous mix that can be applied by brush.
APPLICATION
Apply with brush two coats of the mix in a span of 4-6 hours on the prepared concrete substrate in short strokes. The second coat shall be applied perpendicular to the first when it has obtained tack free state. Two coats will result in an approximate DFT of 1mm.
POST APPLICATION
Curing is vital for optimum performance of the coatings. Curing should commence 24 hours after application and should continue for a minimum period of 7 days.
