USAGE
- Surfaces like concrete, and metal sheets of exterior roofs and walls of houses, buildings, industrial facilities and warehouses could be protected by heat insulation coatings.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface thoroughly for any loose particles, fungal growth, and small vegetations. Water wash it thoroughly.
MIXING
Mix 1 kgR of TEC COOL powder with 1200 ml of water admixed TEC COOL liquid additive to attain brushable consistency. It could be mixed and prepared with rotational devices like dissolver, butterfly mixer or planetary mixer.
APPLICATION
It is recommendable to apply a layer at dry thickness 1,0 1,5 mm to achieve a sufficient insulation. The insulation coating is easy to apply with a roller, brush or by spraying.
CURING
Sprinkle water over the applied surface after 24 hrs.
COVERAGE
One kg of TEC COOL covers an area of 60 sft per two coat.
