DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
The rebar surface should be thoroughly cleaned to be free of oils, grease, contaminants, rust and scales. The surface may be cleaned by wire brushing followed by sanding with emery and wiping clean. For larger volumes grit blasting is recommended.
Mixing
Add two parts cement to one part TecR Beat RB in a clean vessel and mix to obtain a lump free and homogenous mix. To this mix add ½ to 1 part Fine River and slowly while continuing to stir. Add just enough water to achieve a clean brushable lump free consistency. Cement should be added while gently mixing in order to avoid lumps. Mix only as much material that can be applied within 30-40 minutes.
Application
Apply quickly over the prepared rebar surface by brush ensuring a break-free finish. A second coat may be applied if needed over a tack free first coat.
Post Application
No curing is required. The rebar’s are ready for use in 30-45 minutes of application.

PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with eyes should be avoided. In case of accidental eye contact thorough water washing is advised. This should be followed up with professional medical assistance. Prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Use of gloves, goggles and other protective gear is mandatory. Although TecR Beat RB is non-toxic it should not be swallowed. TecR Beat RB is non flammable.
Storage and Shelf life
As TecR Beat RB is moisture sensitive. Store it at dry conditions. Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Shelf life is 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments should be cleaned with water when the mix is in uncured state. Cured mix can only be removed mechanically.
