DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, free from dirt, oils and greases. The surface to be bonded should be thoroughly cleaned by wire brushing. Surface should be washed thoroughly to be free of fine dust and then dried. In case of oil/ grease contamination the same should be removed by thorough detergent washing followed by washing with clean water.
Mixing
TecR Bond EPO is a two component system supplied in pre- weighed containers. For consistent results it is recommended that the entire contents of each component be mixed in one go. Mixing may be carried out using a slow speed drill attached with a mixing paddle. Mixing should continue until the resultant mix is homogenous and of uniform colour. Application
The mix must then be applied on the prepared concrete surface with a stiff bristled brush ensuring uniform spread and avoiding puddles or air bubbles. Placement of concrete can commence after ten minutes of application and should be completed within the overlay time. Overlay time will largely depend on the ambient conditions. Incase of long haul applications consult Techny Tech Team for detailed assessment of the conditions. New concrete placement should not continue if the bond coat becomes tack free dry. An
additional coat should be applied before continuing with concrete placement.
Post Application
The bond coat will attain full cure properties in 7 days.

PRECAUTIONS
Storage and Shelf life
Tec Bond EPO must be stored in cool, dry location. Shelf life is 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments should be cleaned with Tec Nova TC- Tool Cleaner when the mix is in uncured state. Cured mix can only be removed mechanically.
