DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Recommended Thickness
For normal leveling purpose a minimum thickness of 30 mm can be provided for roof screeds. For thermal insulation roof screed minimum thickness of 75mm at the middle and 50 mm at the end has to be done to maintain the slope.
MIXING
Add 1 kg of cement to 1 kg of TEC COOLITE. Always ensure batch measurements are accurate and water is clean. A forced mixing with a paddle mixer shall be done combining TEC COOLITE and Grey Cement for 3 minutes continuously. The main purpose is to coat each and every particle of TEC COOLITE with the cement slurry.

APPLICATION
- Clean the surface
- Apply two coats of water proofing coating with TEC WAVE 2000 (Refer separate product broucher for application process)
- Spread the mixed TEC COOLITE mix over the roof slab maintaining the required slope.
- Spread a bed mortor of TEC PLAST 24 and lay TEC CHILL – Thermal insulation Tiles.
