USAGE
- Ideal as an admixture for high volume concreting for floors, walls or foundations.
- Ideal for production of high strength concrete with reduced permeability by reducing the water content.
- Improved workability makes TecR Mix 550 suited for concreting in areas with congested reinforcement.
- Ideal for sloped roof concreting and roof slabs with complicated geometry like domes, shells and folded plate.
- High workability concrete can be produced at site optimized mix dosages with TecR Mix 550.
- Can be used for producing pump able concrete at site.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The generally recommended dosage for TecR Mix 550 is 250-350ml per 50Kg bag of cement. The required quantity of TecR Mix 550 should be added to the gauging water and stirred to obtain uniform consistency before being added to the concrete mix. For mass concreting applications it is advised that site trials be conducted and based on the output required, the optimum dosage may be arrived at. If needed, Techny Tech Team will work with you to arrive at the optimum mix design. Over dosing will result in retardation although the final strength will remain un-altered.

PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with skin or eyes should be avoided. Use of gloves, goggles and other protective gear is mandatory. In case of accidental eye contact water washing is advised. This should be followed up with professional medical assistance. TecR Mix 550 is non-flammable.
Storage and Shelf life
As TecR Mix 550 is moisture sensitive. Store it at dry conditions. Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Shelf life is 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.

Tools and equipments can be cleaned with water.
