DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
All surfaces coming in contact with TecR Stop must be free of dust, loose particles and other contaminants. Surfaces should be chipped to a minimum depth of 10mm and roughened mechanically for key. The surface should be free of oil, grease contamination. Such contamination should be removed by water-jetting or using an appropriate degreaser.
Mixing
Always use potable water. TecR Stop should be mixed either using a trowel or with gloved hand. One R part by volume of water shall be added to 3 parts by volume of TecR Stop. Mix until a uniform R consistency is achieved. Mix only as much plug that can be applied instantly as TecR Stop has a very short set time.
Application
Application can be done either using a trowel or with gloved hand. The mix should be held on to the substrate till it sets. Maximum contact with the prepared substrate should be ensured. In case of live leaks dry mix of TecR Stop may be used. The plug should be held on to the leak till it sets. The process should be repeated 2-3 times. Plugging leaks with TecR Stop is not always a permanent measure and should be followed-up with other permanent repair measures based on the nature of the leak.

PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with skin or eyes should be avoided. Use of gloves, goggles and other protective gear is mandatory. In case of accidental eye contact thorough water washing is advised. This should be followed up with professional medical assistance. Avoid inhalation of the fine dust.
Storage and Shelf life
TecR Stop must be stored must be stored in cool, dry location. Shelf life is 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments should be cleaned with water when the mix is in uncured state. Cured mix can only beremoved mechanically.
