USAGE
- TEC R BOND 52 can be used on both interiors as well as exterior applications.
- For fixing of glass tiles and decorative tiles in swimming pools, water bodies and bathrooms.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, free from dirt, oils and greases. In case any concrete curing membranes are used, they should be removed by Wire brushing.
Mixing
Add 1 part clean water to 2-2.5 parts of Mortar and mix to form thick, lump free paste. Allow to stand for 5 to 10 minutes and re-stir before use.
Application
Stir the mixture well once more. Spread mortar using the flat side of trowel, applying even pressure, then comb the surface with the trowel’s notched side to establish an even setting bed. Spread only 2 enough mortar to set 5 square feet (.46 m) of tile at a time. Install tiles with a firm slightly twisting motion to promote proper insertion (embedding) into themortar. Use care to maintain straight and uniform grout lines. Spacers are recommended to maintain uniform grout lines. Remove any excess mortar on tile with a clean damp cloth within 5 minutes.
Post Application
Wipe off the surplus mortar from the tiles with a damp cloth. Leave for minimum 24 hours before grouting the joints.
Limitations
Not for glass mosaics or transparent/ translucent tiles.

PRECAUTIONS
As TEC R BOND 52 is moisture sensitive. Store it at dry conditions. Do not add excess water while mixing.
Storage and Shelf life
TEC R BOND 34 must be stored where temperatures do not drop below +8°C.Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Shelf life is maximum of 1 year from date of manufacture in unopened package . Failure to comply with there commended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments should be cleaned with water when the mortar is in uncured state.

- TEC R TILE 12 – General purpose tile joint grout is available in various matching shades.
- TEC R TILE 21 – Epoxy tile joint grout is available in select shades.
